Knox Out AI Training Workshop Terms and Conditions
Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of training workshops offered by Knox Out AI ("KOAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or participating in any KOAI training workshop, you agree to these Terms. KOAI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered participants.
Workshop Formats
KOAI training workshops are designed to be delivered in flexible formats to accommodate varying team needs:
  • Intensive Format: 1-2 day full-day sessions.
  • Modular Format: 90-minute modules delivered week over week.
We recommend the 90-minute modular format, as it enhances comprehension and allows teams to be more intentional about which employees attend specific sessions.
Delivery and Support
All workshops are hosted live via virtual or in-person platforms, as agreed upon during scheduling. Recordings of each session, along with supplementary resources (e.g., slides, handouts, and reference materials), will be provided to participants within one (1) week following the live session.
In addition to the workshop sessions, participants receive a 90-day period of open support. During this time, teams may contact the KOAI team via email or designated chat channels for follow-up questions related to the training content.
Tools and Materials
The facilitators of the workshop will indicate prior to the session the recommended tools each trainee should ideally have available at the time of the live training to fully benefit from the training. This will often include at least 1 or 2 paid subscriptions to different AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
The average individual or team subscription for the recommended tools are typically $15-25 per month each. Having access to the paid versions of these tools for the sessions is highly recommended to be able to fully experience and exercise the training content.
Tool subscriptions do not need to be kept after the duration of the trainings, and it's at the discretion of the individual companies how to distribute access to these tools. It's the recommendation of the KOAI team that the company secures a team account to the recommended platforms and adds users as needed, so they retain control of the subscriptions, information usage, and fully own the content created with the company provided platform.
Workshop Module Preparation
The facilitators will ask for confirmed headcount for each session, and won't be able to guarantee availability for your training teammates to participate in any scheduled sessions until that headcount confirmation is received.
The KOAI facilitators will request names and contact information of your trainees. These are kept private, and will be used to provide scheduling details and session reminders, as well as follow up notes and resources from each training session.
For some sessions, KOAI may also want to survey participants to help tailor the live sessions to be as effective as possible. If we don't receive contact information for trainees, individual companies are recognizing their own responsibility for coordinating schedules, reminders, and distributing any follow up material. If we're not able to survey attendees ahead of sessions where needed, it may impact the effectiveness of the live trainings.

Pricing Structure
Pricing is structured to cover training for up to fifteen (15) employees, regardless of the specific sessions each employee attends. For groups larger than fifteen (15) employees, custom pricing will be discussed and negotiated.
  • Base Pricing: A one-day equivalent workshop, consisting of four (4) menu-training modules plus one (1) Q&A module (total of five (5) modules), is priced at $4,000 USD.
  • Expanded Training: Additional modules may be added in one-day equivalents at an additional rate of $4,000 USD per one-day equivalent.
All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.
Promotional Pricing
KOAI may periodically offer promotional pricing for select groups or time-limited campaigns. Promotional rates are subject to limited availability and are offered at KOAI's sole discretion.
To secure a promotional rate, a deposit of $500 USD must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable for thirty (30) days from the date of payment.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to reserve spots and schedule specific training dates. Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order of deposit payments and confirmation of participant attendance.
Final payment for the remaining workshop fees must be made in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the first scheduled training session.
Availability and Scheduling
Training sessions are subject to limited availability, which may vary based on the number of participants scheduled and KOAI's overall capacity.
KOAI limits the number of trainings hosted per period or year to ensure facilitator availability and maintain the quality of instruction.
Content and Adaptations
Training content is subject to adaptation and change over time to reflect advancements in technology, tools, and best practices. KOAI makes no representations that specific content will remain unchanged between booking and delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
KOAI's goal is to deliver training that provides a return on investment exceeding ten times (10X) the fees paid. If, within thirty (30) days following the completion of a training series, you are not satisfied with the value received, please contact the KOAI team by emailing justin@knoxoutai.com to request a refund of the training fees paid (excluding any non-refundable deposits or taxes).
General Provisions
  • Cancellation by KOAI: KOAI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits and payments will be refunded in full, or alternative dates will be offered.
  • Intellectual Property: All training materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of KOAI and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Limitation of Liability: KOAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the workshops. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific workshop.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
