Justin is the technical engine behind Knox Out AI. With an MBA and 20 years of high-impact work for the U.S. government behind him, he architects and builds the systems members actually deploy — from AI automations and custom integrations to the RAG pipelines and agentic workflows that run inside real trades businesses.
