By accessing or using the Knox Out AI website, training programs, AI tools, or consulting services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Services.

02. The Service

AI Usage & Limitations

Knox Out AI provides training, implementation, and software tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence for the construction and trades industry. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content (code, copy, estimates, schedules) should be reviewed by a human professional.
• Knox Out AI is not responsible for errors in project execution resulting from reliance on automated outputs.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they input into AI systems.

03. Intellectual Property

Ownership & Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Knox Out AI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Knox Out AI. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Knox Out AI for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Knox Out AI.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Knox Out AI.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Knox Out AI.
• Redistribute content from Knox Out AI.

04. Payments

Subscription & Billing

Access to certain training modules (The Lab) or DFY services requires a fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.

05. Liability

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Knox Out AI, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Knox Out AI, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or its AI implementations.

06. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Henderson, Nevada for the resolution of any disputes.

07. Performance

Force Majeure

Knox Out AI shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its Services caused by or resulting from forces beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, government regulations, internet service provider failures, or technical disruptions affecting third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) utilized within the Knox Out AI ecosystem.
